Here are some photos I took of Jacqui’s most beautiful “seed” challenge quilt at Palmerston North this week.
Jacqui has created a collage based on dandelion seeds using several techniques, including painting, applique, stunning hand stitching and quilting.
I took several close ups so that you could see the detail: Gorgeous!!!

It was great to see Juliet Fitness again and see her lovely challenge quilts “in person”.
We both brought them with us when we attended the 2015 Symposium held in Palmerston North.
It was a fabulous opportunity to meet lots of gorgeous quilters and tutors, everyone very happy to be there and immerse in our favourite “hobby”. Here is a photo of most of the ladies at the Closing Event (photo courtesy of Lisa Walton).
